- Why do I need a consultant?
Because of the unique specialty experience that we bring to the Owner / Design / Construction Team. Our building investigations give us valuable feedback about how and why cladding components fail and give us the specialty knowledge to help the team avoid those problems on renovations, additions, and new facility construction.
- Who hires the consultant and how much will it cost?
The owner receives the optimal value when we work directly for the owner, however, many designers and contractors utilize us realizing their risk and desire to provide the best service to the owner. Whenever we have the opportunity, we enjoy helping all team members succeed by preventing problems and errors. When you contact us for a proposed scope of work, we will listen to your objectives and provide a price based on your needs. We can propose a fixed fee or hourly rate for services. The client can use us as much or as little as desired.
- What geographical area does BCS work?
BCS provides services anywhere in the country or internationally.
